In this round of funding, 23 deserving groups across the country will benefit and Clondalkin is set to benefit too. St Ronan’s Saint Vincent De Paul in Clondalkin will receive €4,880 in funding.
Speaking on the matter, Minister Curran said “As a result of the allocations, a further 238 older persons will have benefited from the scheme. The scheme’s ethos centres on continued involvement with older people within our communities and I must thank local organisations in promoting and fostering community activity at local level”.
